I am normally very happy with the care my child receives. However it is not uncommon for me to wait 30 minutes, 45 or more past my appointment time to be soon. And the one time I am running late I am asked to reschedule. Very unhappy. I understand it's Friday and everyone wants to go home but it's not like it's common. Double standard to say the least
