I absolutely love this facility and everyone who works here.
We've been a patient here for 16 years. Called Katy's doctor at 10:45 to speak to a nurse. It's been almost 4 hours and no call back. I called them back after 2 hours to see what was going on and they said call back is between 3-4 hours. I asked why it takes so long because it didn't use to be that way and she responded, "we have to many patients now!" REALLY?!?! By the time they call me back it's to late for an appointment. Glad my child isn't deadly sick.
Dr Cleveland is amazing. Very attentive and excellent bedside manner.
Love it and all the staff. Dr. Ellis is the best! Always friendly!
