the people are nice enough but they keep changing out doctors regularly so you never know who you're going to go see, then you calling to get a script refilled it never happened so you go for days without the medication you're supposed to have. I seriously believe it's time for me to find a new practitioner

RecommendedI’m appreciative to have such an amazing provider so close to our home. The online check-in really streamlines the process and cuts down on the wait time there. My only suggestion would to offer a frequent flier program for those of us who frequent this establishment often 🙄 Sutures, albuterol treatments, prescriptions for antibiotics- they do it all with exceptional service. RecommendedI head the best experience at this hospital this morning,, went to caromont first, was told I had to wait 2-4 with problems swallowing,,I left went to Kings mtn and they took me Rd straight back,, found out I had a left jaw contusion with inflammation that was causing me a 12 pain,,, these guys are great, definitely recommend this hospital...

I love my doctor and nurse but their front office is awful and rude. Most of us have to call while we are at work. We really don’t need attitude and delays. I am trying to return the nurses call. Nope. Can’t return a call unless you are willing to kiss butt and wait for a return call.
RecommendedWe have been with Lake Park since 2003. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. All of the staff is super nice and concerned with how you are. We highly recommend this practice.
