This hospital is awful!!! Every time I come to the ER I wait forever to be seen and then the doctor only spends 5 mins talking to you and sends you on your way. I brought my husband to the ER for lower left abdominal pain and we waited an hour and a half just to get him into a room. Then we waited another hour or so for him to be seen. HE WAS IN PAIN. Good ppl good staff the hospital rent-a-cops can be real pricks but I guess they do there job but the lady at the front desk always a charm pretty fast getting called back Sumtimes. Other times feels like from dusk till dawn but over all better than Matthews (Novant) they slow
the current care im receiving is crap. theres only a few decent people and by that i mean 2. they are rude and chit chat like a coffee clutch of old women. i was suppose to have my csection but im considering going else where.
The doctors the nurses in staff or good no long waiting to be seen
This hospital and customer service is horrible.. I was in the ER with my son for four hours and not one nurse or doctor came to check on my son. I can't believe I was put in a room to just be left there with no one to even ask if we were ok. To make things worst while I was looking out the door to see what was going on, all the nurses were at the station on the phones. I decided to go up to them again to see what was going on the janitor had the nerve to walk by and laugh..I am Pissed
Just about the dirtiest hospital I have ever been in. Housekeeping changed the trash bag out, but left all the trash lying on the floor beside and around the trash can. SMH. It took absolutely forever to be seen, and all the waiting I did was unnecessary. The only reason I gave it a 2star rating was because the medical staff did their jobs professionally. I will not recommend this hospital, quite the opposite is true.
