Honestly, just keep looking. When I came to visit the property for myself Dage in the front office was so sweet. She showed me a spacious 2 bedroom and it was clean, all appliances matched and the carpet was clean. I didn’t move forward with living here but I suggested it to my father and he moved in months later. Fast forward to today, he hates it. He constantly has bugs and roaches in his house, mold in the kitchen and hvac, terrible paint job, cracks and spacing in the baseboards, and they never fix repairs. I hate that I... read more
Gotta give a shoutout to Darren from Maintenance. He was great! Fixed both of my maintenance issues extremely quickly and gave some good advice on preventative measures
The maintenance team worked hard and fixed our things fast. Props to Thomas especially.
This was a nice part of the trail.
Roaches, water damage, 3 massive floods, spiders, you name it you got it. This complex is absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. Lived there for years and switched owners 3 times. Got final billing statement and I’m being charged for things that I’m not responsible for. Don’t live here.
