Let me start by saying how much I enjoyed working with Moe. As you know selling a home is always stressful, add COVID to the mix, being three states away, trying to decide what's the best option on a house that hasn't been renovated since it was built. Stressful. There were a number of parties interested in the house but only one who asked what are you looking for/what do you need to make this work. I decided to put up my place on ****** as a for sale by owner. Joe contacted me, went to view my place and was able to make an offer that was fair, compared to other offers I received. I was a week away from forclosure and we were able to get everything done in 7 days, which is unheard of. Joe was extremely kind and did not judge or take advantage of the situation I was in and we were able to make the deal go through just in time, even though he had some personal issues he was dealing with at the time.
