Great company to work with for cash sale of a house in *********. I worked with ****** Phuakwatana and he is very prompt to respond via phone call, text or email. We were able to close in two weeks! They skipped home inspection, any repair and appraisal and were very accommodative to purchase the house with tenant occupied. Atmore is about business with the customer in mind. *** laid out the plan as to what he could do and did not pressure us in anyway as many people do. There was a situation that came up for my husband that threw us for a loop. Atmore came to our rescue to assist us, which they did not have to do. *** and his team are honest and have integrity.
