My response to the many solicitations from would-be buyers is, "Make me an offer I can't refuse." David T's response was, "We are very interested. When can we visit the property? " That was the first serious follow-thru I received. They are unlike others who are looking for someone desperate to sell or for some low-ball purchase. I was approached by Atmore Properties in October regading our town home we own. I got a call from David from Atmore Properties .I gave him the price and he offered me the price I Am Looking for.And the deal is done very fast .And they are on time with closing .Closing was smooth..David was very helpful.I highly recommend this company if you are willing to sell any of your homes.They are awesome.Go for Atmore.Thank you Atmore for making my job easy .I would definitely refer my friends .
