Mike Minns is an excellent real estate agent. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the home buying process. He made everything easy and as least stressful as possible. His knowledge of the Austin and surrounding areas was excellent as well as his rapport with various businesses. I would highly recommend Mike for any real estate needs and would definitely use him again if we ever wanted to purchase another piece of property.
Lived in a rented house for a year that was managed by Atlas. The house was well-kept and updated, with quick responses for any repairs. The AC went out during the summer at one point, and there was a technician there within a couple hours after it was reported to Atlas. Never purchased a home through them, but if the rental experience was any indication, it would be an easy and transparent process.
We've bought multiple properties through Mike over the last 4 years and recommended him to our friends and family for both property management and buying and selling.
