We have been so fortunate to have Kelly H. as our leasing manager over the past three years and I couldn't recommend her more. She is responsive, professional, caring, and has tremendous integrity. I went on a tour of a couple of places they had available, and it seemed like each agent only knew what time to show up for the tour. Beyond that, I was told to Google the information. They were allowing me to tour these apartments and houses on my own, so if I had any questions, I had to take pictures and send them to the owner—and that was if the agent even knew the email or phone number. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! My bedroom ceiling had been leaking for a week and I could never get a response back from the company about this issue. The company/owner also knew we didn’t have working A/C for 2 months in the summer and never rushed to get this issue resolved until 2-3 months later.
An incredible lack of communication from the office staff to tenants. As others have said, Dan was great, Bri was awful, and I only found out she's not with the company anymore after trying to contact her with a question. Now trying to find out who my new point of contact is has been a nightmare, I've been calling and leaving messages for a week now, and no one will return my calls, and idk if they've just raised my rent or not.
