Great service on a FRIGID day.......... When did our furnace go out? You got it-the coldest morning so far this winter-15 below zero! We noticed the problem early in the morning and actually got the furnace to work (sort of) by turning the circuit breaker on and off. It worked for a while but something wasn't quite right-it was an intermittent problem & the house was getting quite chilly. We called Atlas and someone came out early in the afternoon. One VERY cold day in Littleton. . . This being the coldest week in Colorado this year, our furnace decided to quit working. It was 12 degrees outside and 54 degrees in the house. I looked up on the internet "furnace repair." The first company couldn't ever come out till the next day or the weekend so the next company on the list was Atlas Heating and Air. Caring service Our heater went out on the coldest days of the year to date. We tried to determine the problem ourselves but had no luck. After many phone calls we finally found someone who could come. His after hours charge was $130.00 an hour, because it was evening, and was timed from his home to his home. I then called Atlas because his add stated that there was no additional charge for after hours. After 10 minutes on the phone with my husband, the gentleman told him what he thought was the problem. Furnace quit working Our furnace would not stay on or get hot. Happened right as cold spell hit. John told me over the phone what he thought was the problem. That was what was wrong. Would very much recommend this company to anyone. Saved my family a very cold night. John Z.

We needed a new furnace... I called Atlas and John came out to review our current heating and cooling. My husband had done quite a bit of research to see what we could expect from an estimate. John quickly quieted my husband's fears about what needed replacing. We didn't need a new air conditioner, and we thought we did. Atlas Heating and Air Service I called Atlas Heating and Air Service right from the "Dex Knows" earley One Sunday Monday and woke John Up... He came out and got our furnace going but told us our furance needed replacing... Which Donna and I ( William ) already new from another company that came out last year... We had gotten estimates from several companies from $9500.00 to $18,000.00 to replace our heating and air conditioner...
