Thank You Long story short, I had another company come out to look at my AC unit that was not working. the service person diagnosed it as a bad capacitor. He wanted to charge me 500 to replace it. 35 dollar part, 15 minute install. So I said no thank you. The service guy switched the wires up during inspection of the unit, so when I replaced the capacitor myself the unit wasn't working right. Go Atlas! I was very impressed with all the Atlas employees. They went above and beyond to get me an air conditioner installed ASAP! John came out on a Sunday had my new AC in Monday morning. They were all friendly, professional, and prompt! Definitely recommend Atlas. My granddaughter especially loved Otto!

AVOID Atlas The owner of the business, John, is a good salesman and sold us a new system a few years ago. We have had multiple issues since that time. He has said several times he would be right over to fix the issue. He never actually came to our house since the initial sale and would send his incompetent worker who is not someone who inspires trust when, and if, he shows up at your home. Outstanding Service I had gone all night without heat and it was down to 47 degrees in my house. I saw a good review on Atlas Heating Service and called. They could come out in a few hours, but instead, John, the owner, walked me through the steps so that I could clear a plugged tube and start my furnace myself. Unbelievably kind and patient while walking me through the steps. furnace installation Atlas Heating workers were totally professional. They arrived promptly, removed the old furnace smoothly, and installed the new furnace beautifully. It works perfectly and quietly. They explained the thermostat and fuction of the new unit professionally.They cleaned up and left no mess. I expecially appreciated the care they took to close the doors as they came and went so that our pets did not get out.

Fair and Honest I found Atlas on the internet. My 34 year old furnace was not working and I thought the pilot light just needed to be re-lit. I was told that I was third in line for service. While waiting John VanDuyn called to let me know that he was working to get to me. When John came he explained and showed me what the problems were. Even though he said that I needed a new furnace I was not pressured by John. I am a senior living alone and feel vulnerable as I had been taken advantage of by another company. Great over the phone guidance I called at 8 pm to inquire about the cost of a service call due to my furnace not working. The owner asked me what problems I was having and after my explanation, he gave me some great suggestions of trying to fix it myself. He walked me through where things were located and what parts to check. The suggestions worked awesome and now have heat again (for free)!!!! Now just have to go around and shut off the electric heaters around the house and the fireplace.Thank you, thank you....

Awesome customer service! The AC went down late yesterday afternoon. When I called to request service, John was excellent - he was extremely knowledgeable and came by the house early the next day. He troubled shooted and quickly determined the problem. He told me that he needed to get a part and that he would come back later.....almost as soon as he left, he called me to tell me he redirected some of his staff and that someone would be at my house within the hour with the part.
