Most solid gym in Tallahassee. Great environment and staff; very clean and good music.
I've been to most of the gyms here like youfit and golds, but didn't start to really grow until I joined here. It is the best gym in Tallahassee by far. The owner Matt has been in the industry a long time. The trainer are the best by far, the will push you but joke with you to lighten the mood. All the trainers know what they are doing, there is a bunch of variety when it comes to the trainers. I chose my trainer for my goals but they have you covered on everything. Fantastic place to work out with the best atmosphere of any gym in town. Its never too crowded, it's in a great location, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgable.
