I come in from out of town every few months for work and this is my go to spot. Matt is great and easy to work with. They have everything you need and the environment is great. If you're used to a crossfit mentality and conditioning workouts they have what you need.
Great gym! Having the ability to switch up my routine with the recreational equipment has made a huge impact.
