My wife and I stayed for one night. We booked a Luxury King Room, but were given a free upgrade to a Jacuzzi Suite upon check-in. The suite was beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. We also made dinner reservations at Bistro Napa and had a romantic dinner. The restaurant is elegant, the waitstaff were very friendly and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the Bistro Cioppino! After dinner, our waiter brought us complimentary cotton candy which was unexpected and fun. We only had positive ex... read more
So I'm a guest at the hotel for March Madness, and made a few bets and received a few drink tickets. I tried to use them the next morning, and was told they expired. You have to make over $100 worth of bets to get them, and they are only good for a day. I live in California, so had no knowledge of their system, but i approached a supervisor and she basically said thats our policy sorry. Wow. Great customer service. I'll never stay here again. Go to the Peppermill where they appreciate their customers.
I went to the LIPS ladies Nevada Poker Championship. I also played at the WPT poker games at the Atlantis. Everything was great. The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. And the price of the rooms were good. I will stay there again.
The rooms are ok but not as nice as P***tm*ll. Too much and too large furniture for the space. Housekeeping never showed up even though we left notice on the door and were out of our room by 8:30. We came with a group on a bus so maybe accomodations were less than I am used to. The indoor pool was warm but had to leave because of ear bleeding child screaming (other spa customers left too). Music in Cabernet was fair on Sunday and good Monday night. Food at bistro napa was great.
Not happy with floor staff and management especially on the casino floor. Found hair in one of the desserts at Toucan Charlie's. Did not have a good experience whatsoever. It was my first time but will stick with Grand Sierra Resort.
Yummy food, especially the shrimp and scallop pasta at Cafe Alfresco Restaurant, excellent customer service, fun gambling, comfy beds, and a great time had by all.
The staff was very friendly and helpful looking forward to coming back in September
Absolutely amazing! The rooms are stunning, the restaurants are great and the staff has all been caring and thoughtful. Going home is going to be difficult!
Nice clean modern hotel, comfy beds. We got "up-graded" from a king to a queen room, our view was of an air conditioning duct about a foot from our window that vibrated the room all night, very disappointing
