Best Hotel and Casino in Reno! Great restaurants, wonderful staff.
We had a wonderful time. We drank, we ate, we played slots, room was comped, and also our meals We will be back soon!!!!
We always enjoy the resort, a little disappointed that our comp room was not honored even though the club paradise machine said tonight was comp :(
Rooms were nice...room service was excellent...front desk service was awesome. Cigarette smoke was unbearable (we usually stay at the Eldorado, and never smell the cigarette smoke)...the beds were awful, the mattresses must've been made from stone. One more complaint would be the toilet....our room was flawlessly clean & updated, but then the toilet seat.....this thing had some miles on it....it was discolored, chipped up...just funky looking. Also.... $17.00 is a bit expensive for the 10inch pizzas.....worth $10-$13, but $1... read more
First of all we went because we got a free room for two nights, yeah! Then upon check in we were given a free upgrade to a nicer room, with continental breakfast, and other freebies. We played slots and yes the casino floor was a bit warm but waitresses were very responsive and you can't beat the Rueben sandwich at the Manhattan Deli. I spent half of one day at the spa and can't say enough good things about that, amazing. Great staff, good food and gambling.

Such friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We ate at the buffet for breakfast. Delicious! I definitely recommend Atlantis.
Housekeeping woke my son up, room 908 on 1/15/17 at 10 a.m. and then proceeded to walk into the room. NOT GOOD! Checkout can be as late as 12 noon. How rude and intrusive!
