Great hospitality. The valet guys really hustle. Great food options and a few loose slots! Great rooms and you'll get an upgrade if they're sold out of your room!
Have been staying here for 20 + years and still has the most friendly dealers of any Casino I have been. here's to 20+ more years.
I can only give an opinion on the buffet - which was excellent.....plenty of choice and very well cooked. We did not stay in the resort or play in the Casino.
Great experiance also had a meal there and it was very good as well!
Received two complimentary nights and then received another complimentary night for my niece! Very generous!!!!!! All staff are very accomodating!!!!!!

Went to Christmas party Wednesday there it was fabulous. And the Manhattan Deli is the best
Spa. Let's see, noisy, not relaxing, lunch is at the pool where children are screaming, where you dry your hair is so cramped people can't open the tiniest lockers behind you, people under 18 were allowed today, only 4 showers. It's cramped. No comparison to the spas in Vegas. Was not impressed. Even the staff talks loud.
This and The Peppermill are The Nicest Facilities in Reno. (It's a tough choice as to Who's Best !)
