Found a fingernail by the sink. And a dirty hand towel hang over the shower rod. Really!! Had family coming so I didn't throw a fit. But. last time I stay here. 4 stars my as#. Local. Have friends and family in all the time.
Absolutely horrible slot machines. After 3 days here with 4 of my family members and not ONE of us won a dime. Pathetic to say the least. Highly suggest staying at Peppermill. Far better games , rooms, and food. Our family is done with atlantis. No reason you shouldn't win SOMETHINH after putting $1,600 in different slots. Not even $100. ✌
Worse place ever Service food games staff owners environment it's all sucks the staff members are dicks the rooms horrible take a black light to your room and see all the nasty things in there rooms
OMG! Toucan Sam's has come up! Seriously. They changed the decor from dark and fake jungle to a well lit and bright place. Food is outstanding. Pho and custom fried noodle station! A custom salad station that augments their now excellent salad bar. Fried chicken to die for. A cotton candy machine. And our server, Cynthia and bus guy, David, are an excellent team. She's training him and they work well together. I shared my great reviews with their manager. I am so happy. And the have rabbit sugar cookies!
The new buffet is nice but Atlantis is making the locals pay for it by taking away our free play. You now need to earn 1 tier point to get your free play or buffet. I was told it was $20 cycled in to get that tier point. I have spent $40-$60 the last three Tuesdays and still have not got it.I have spent thousands at the place gaming, dining, and spa and this new policy is ridiculous and is going to cost them business. I will be spending my money elsewhere where I feel appreciated. Gold card #0001123847
