Great place to be!! The rooms and the view was amazing!
The spa is fabulous! Nevada residents get a 15% discount on Tuesdays. The Manhattan Deli has great food. Toucan Charlie's breakfast buffet was however disappointing. Our server failed to bring one of the beverages we ordered. Our server also ignored our table completely. The food was OK but not great. Cafe Alfresco however is fantastic! Food, service, cleanliness all superb. Be sure to save room for gelato!
The first 2 times it was good. The last time we were there it was just ok. The food wasn't great for what we paid for it. The rooms were just like the holiday in. We dealt with it because it was our last nights in Nevada before we transferred to Germany.
It is the BEST place in RENO, SPARKS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS! Spa is beautiful, Salon is awesome and all the Team Members are phenomenal!

I stayed at the Atlantis for the first time the weekend of October 16-17 very nice rooms upgraded to a king size bed nice atmosphere the only drawback is not being able to get Friday nights with a good rate. I come into town every weekend for two and a half months wager about $2500 a day up to $5000 a day during football season and the comps are very limited free room on Sunday is nice discounts on Saturday very small discounts on Friday that's if they are not all booked up. I have stayed here twice and had an AMAZING TIME both times! Everything was great! The room, my spa treatments both times, our food... EVERYTHING! Love love love this resort! Absolutely the best in Reno!
They always are helpful every employee defiantly deserves their 5stars. I always come to the spa and have stayed here multiple times I even had my wedding at their banquets I couldn't be more grateful for their great help and kindness
