I love this hotel couse the rooms are gorgeous plus i have always won BIG at this casino... also u MUST try the buffet its the best...

Great food . But poor customer service. After being there a short 15 minutes if that we paid for four adult and 1 child around $100 .we had a family emergency come up I'd ask the hostess if we can get a refund because we had a family emergency .she says sorry you've already got your first plate it's .not our fault you had an emergency come up.reno and sparks nv most money hungry casino.

Used the spa today. I must say everything was awesome. The staff was so nice and it was better than expected. I will be returning soon. I found my new addiction.
Our stay there was a wonderful time to get away. Every employee we came in contact with were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our room was spotless, the general public restrooms clean and sparkling, and the Restaurants top notch all the way!
Love this place. Was just there this past May. Beautifully remodeled. Rooms are gorgeous & clean!!!!!!! Best part is the spa!!!!!! Had everything!!!!!!!! Spa is top notch!!!!!
