I am so glad I am a patient at Atlantic Smile. Everyone in the office are so nice and wonderful. I was always afraid of the Dentist until I came here. I’ve been Atlanta smile for at least 10 years. Doctor Mark and his staff are Professional and make you feel comfortable. That’s why I’m getting them five stars.
Terrible experience. I made appointment for regular cleaning of teeth and check one tooth on right side and I got 18 x rays for what? Got nothing done what I needed to get done. Impolite and unprofessional. First hygienist and today on the telephone front desk. 0 stars.
Unprofessional & unorganized. I scheduled an appointment with them weeks ago for a very needed follow up, and it was only at check in where they decided to inform me that I had to pay $800 before my service or reschedule my appointment to when I could pay it. They also questioned me about whether I was contacted about cost as if they do not have records of never contacting me. I don't mind businesses having a pay before procedure policy, however especially in this economy I would hope they would at very least inform their pa... read more
