I've been a tenant for about a year now and I can confidently say I love the building, community, and most importantly- the staff. Veronica from the leasing office has always been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I need something. She even waved the fee for a key fob replacement once... my last two apartment leasing offices charged me $100 each for replacing a cheap, plastic fob. I’ve lived here for about a year and have had a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always approachable—especially Ms. Veronica, who consistently goes above and beyond. The amenities are clean and well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve never had to wait long for anything to be fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to live, especially for college students.
Neighborhood cinemas, clean, modern building. No parking available. There is a bar area in the lobby.
Lived here for 3 years and honestly best apartment and management team! I never had any issues while residing here. Very professional, very kind staff really no complaint. From front desk to Leasing office 10/10!! Maintenance request are always handle on time, residents are very respectful towards each other. No late night noise nothing.
