The apartment building its self is great and in a great location. However, it is a nightmare if you need anything from the building. Frequently no one is at the desk and if they are they do not know what they are doing and take forever. The front lobby looks like a disorganized USPS at all times and frequently at least one elevator is broken. I even got stuck in one of their elevators and had to be removed by the fire department.
Most on the team are fine
I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience with the leasing department has been, both leading up to my rental agreement signing and since moving in. The leasing office went above and beyond, providing me with three separate tours of the building before I moved in. They were always patient, welcoming, and happy to answer my questions, with smiles on their faces and an open-door approach.
