I was initially drawn to this building for its great reviews and perceived value, but unfortunately, those selling points have not held up over time. If you're comfortable frequently advocating for basic maintenance and communication, it might work for you. The leasing office is notoriously hard to reach unless you go in person—which is clearly discouraged. They're often closed during regular hours, and the concierge service is hit-or-miss at best. I recently moved into Atlantic Plumbing, and thanks to Yannick and Veronica in the leasing office, I am so happy with my choice. They made every step of the process not only easy, but also enjoyable. I can’t recommend this team and the building enough!

The apartment building its self is great and in a great location. However, it is a nightmare if you need anything from the building. Frequently no one is at the desk and if they are they do not know what they are doing and take forever. The front lobby looks like a disorganized USPS at all times and frequently at least one elevator is broken. I even got stuck in one of their elevators and had to be removed by the fire department.
