I am extremely concerned and disappointed by the lack of security at Quail Roost Apartments, particularly in the residents’ parking area. Residents are required to park on the fourth floor and above, where access is supposed to be controlled by security gates. However, these gates remain open much of the time, allowing people who do not live in the building to enter the parking areas freely, including during the early hours of the morning. On March 2, Roberto Socorro confirmed in writing that if I paid for the repairs and submitted the invoice, reimbursement would be expedited. Relying on that commitment, I paid $3,265.65 out of pocket and provided all documentation as requested. Since then, communication has ceased.
