We have no screens for windows, It is like some one forgot we live in the heart of 62ND street and 15th Avenue.Nearby new apartment buildings have closure to enter and exiting their parking garage.The homeless sleep where they can. They go throughout the large dumpster dumping it on the ground in the parking lot. Maintenance does not complete work orders but send email it completed. They short of staff. One lady 4 hours a day for 2 large buildings. One guy for trash, it gets backed because tenants but boxes in chute. Warning... read more
