Radiologist and nurses are very friendly and walks through every single step of the procedure, which makes it much more comforting for the patient. Will definitely recommend! Thank you!
I went last week to get a biopsy done on my breast after finding something on my mammogram. the nurses, radiologists and staff where exceptional. i received such care and attentiveness during the procedure, that made my experience so much more easier than expected. I would like to thank dr. ibrahim and the nurses/techs terri and karen(hope i got the names correct) for all of their professionalism and care
Been calling since Friday trying to get an appointment for an x-ray only to be told that they’re extremely busy and someone will call you back within 24 hours. Every day it’s the same story and no one calls you back. Just called again and was given the same story. Time to find someone else to go to. This is completely unacceptable
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I all of a sudden owe over $1,500 for an MRI when it was half that originally. I woke up one day to this astronomical charge (which I am not paying) no one can give me an answer as to why. I’ve been dealing with this since July. I’ve called about 15 times and they can not give me an answer as to why it doubled (for no reason) or fix this. I am beyond frustrated. I want to pay my original amount owed.
