By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After having to come back to the Northfield office for the second time because of the wait the week before was over an hour I get there and the paperwork is wrong which I understand. I personally call the oncall doctor who sent me there because the two woman working there couldn’t be bothered to do anything. I get the doctor on the phone who will update the paperwork and I’m told that there is no way the MRI will be done today. I even offered to personally guara... read more
