By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. After having to come back to the Northfield office for the second time because of the wait the week before was over an hour I get there and the paperwork is wrong which I understand. I personally call the oncall doctor who sent me there because the two woman working there couldn’t be bothered to do anything.
