I had a 9:45 appointment for an ultrasound. I did not get taken back until 11:35. There was no explanation as to there being a wait. I could see if I was a walk-in, but to have an appointment time it should be close. Also when I had my mammogram done ( the reason for this appointment) the person was not as thorough as the previous person that was there last year when it was CDI.
how about having the women who do the breast mammo.s have some personality 1. 23. 20 time 2:30 brick office.. I was looking for place to lay my Michael Kors handbag and did not find or see a chair and I was asked.. Can I SEE? I do not wear glasses.. and yes I can see.. it was the remark that set me off...
I recently took my son for an x-ray and asked how much an x-ray was, I was told $50. When I got there they took my insurance information and submitted it. I then received a bill for $89. I called to find out why it was more then I was quoted and they told me it was because we went through insurance. If I didn’t use my insurance it would have been $50. I asked if they would honor was I was quoted and they refused. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! I do not recommend them after speaking with their supervisor, they do not work with... read more

RecommendedScheduling an appt is easy and can be done by phone or on line. Waiting time is usually not more than 10-15 minutes tops, and technicians there are pleasant and very efficient.
