Waiting over an hour after scheduled appointment time on top of being early as requested.. Working in the medical field I understand things happen but this isn’t the first time. Completely over this place.
They don't answer their phones.
Dealing with their customer service is like getting a root canal. I needed to call several times and was on hold more than 16 minutes each time and subjected to their inane commercial. Of course they were always receiving a higher than a usual volume of calls. I've not even gotten to the office yet. If I didn't need the tests I'd go else where now.

Elisa, my nurse at the Wall facility was outstanding. She informed me of every step of my cardiac CT. It went very smoothly, and she was very comforting and informative. Thank you, Elisa...you're a wonderful nurse!! And your IV techniques are superb as well!! :)
The staff is amazing �
The online scheduling system is flawed and they did nothing to correct the issue. I now have to go back next week for tests I scheduled tonight.
