Dr Jones called once from a blocked personal phone, and when that call was missed, reception wasn't able to get another appointment for three months. Reception also had a telephone answering machine saying the receptionists were on lunch from 12:30-1:30, but kept playing that message well after 2pm. Unprofessional, compared to other medical clinics.
Insanely difficult to contact this clinic and make appointments. If they even answer the phones it takes MONTHS to get an appointment. Everytime i call it says “user busy” and hangs up. Today i called and it says they don’t have their voicemail box set up so it won’t even let me call the number! How am i supposed to book appointments if i can’t even call? This is not a walk in clinic
We always have a great experience with Dr.Khan, he always listen our concerns carefully and make us comfortable.
Dr Khan was incredibly caring and he took the time to listen and understand my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Khan is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. He provided me with accurate and helpful information. I felt very confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He explained everything clearly and patiently. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He made sure I understood everything before making any decisions.
