Jason is communicating clearly and effectively. He sent me the package quickly and everything was well secured. Unfortunately the knife I received wasn't the one I ordered. The knife I have seen pictured and described on his webpage was different and what I have received was the newer version of it that I wasn't really interested in. Excellent service. In a bit of strange circumstance, I managed to order a product that became out of stock. Jason emailed me within a couple of hours (if not sooner) and explained the issue. He gave me several options. I explained that I was happy to wait (knowing it could take months). He responded immediately to my reply. I received my knife today, and am very happy that I waited. Jason’s customer service should be an example of excellence to others.
