Be careful about relying on this VERY LIMITED "warranty". Our $1 million executive home built by an "accredited builder" had major deficiencies in the roofing installation. Leaks caused much damage and MacFarlane Builders refused to even look at the problem. No problem, we are covered by an Atlantic Home Warrany. Nope, that almost useless warranty covers only "major structural" and shoddy installation is not covered. No support from builder. No support from AHWP. No support from BBB. It will cost us 10's of thousands to fix ... read more
