Can someone confirm something.....my mom lives in Atlantic Heights and we heard it was sold to people in Lakewood. Does anyone know, I called the office and Walters Homes and neither will confirm this "RUMOR".
This place allows people to have big dogs who crap all over the property. Nothing like walking out your front door and looking at mounds of dog crap everywhere. Complained too many times to remember the count, nothing was ever done by management. They also allow people to park their large commercial vehicles there. I truly believe all this place cares about is money, they will rent to anyone.
