If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Since we moved in at the end of July we have had nothing but problems. At first it was our dryer. It would take at least 4 cycles to dry. We called the office and someone came out and we were told they needed to order a new part. Okay fine no problem. Well that's when all the problems started. I Had a 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment for a year with my 3 year old son. Excellent amenities, clean gym, pool, and has a great park right behind the apartment. My son always had a blast and there is kids of all ages, nice kids, that play outside together. Great Neibhor's in the development, very friendly environment. I had 2 emergencies and their service workers resolved the problem within a half hour, at no charge, Even when it happened at 11:30pm. I lived here once before and move back because I like this community it is now really a community with for families and children and I find the staff to be warm friendly and kind the maintenance guys are awesome whenever I need anything they are here always they do a great job and cleaning up the community and I am impressed with their commitment to Quality Maintenance.
Get out while you can. Lived here for 6 years and it has gone down hill. Dirty neighbors and screaming kids and let's not forget high rent
