How could Atlantic Heights improve? Wow, there's not enough space for me to write all the things wrong with this place.
RecommendedI’ve been here almost 10 years. I’ve raised my daughter in Barnegat and didn’t want to uproot her from friends/school. This place has all the amenities you need, pool, gym, friendly staff, nice apartments, nice neighbors. The maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. The office staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend AH!

everything we had mold in our apartment for 3 years and the parking sucks and the neighbors are nosey !!! we know live in. brand new home
Quiet place to live. Only been here for two months, but glad I made decision to move here. Wish there was more info (news letter, web updates) for the new people. Maybe a monthly “Welcome to the Neighborhood Night”
great place to live . clean quiet. been here a year staff are.awesome... but the people that live across from are rude loud and obnoxious and they don't care about anybody but themselves they have loud trucks and cars there's no room for any of us that visitors. sometimes they have parties way into the hours of night like 1 in the morning but they don't care
