Dr Krueger is a wonderful person / doctor she has amazing bed side manners and the nurse that attended me was really friendly and attentive.

Experience with Dr Kruger was and always has been excellent. The hospital staff was helpful and friendly and made me feel that they were very competent and wanted their patients to feel comfortable with the procedure.

Dr. Krueger, the nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was very nervous ahead of the colonoscopy. It went well. I had no pain afterwards. The anesthesiologist was very thorough. She asked me a ton of questions and made me feel well taken care of.
Every single person who worked with me was friendly and professional. The nurses, Teres and another (cannot remember her name) put me at complete ease in pre op. I appreciated their skills and efficiently. The procedure nurse and anesthesia were kind and comforting. Dr. Krueger won me over in a millisecond with her 'smiling eyes' above her mask and her reassurance that she and her team were going to take good care of me. Every member of the staff I communicated with was professional, courteous, approachable, friendly and showed compassion and concern. This includes, but is not limited to front desk, nurses, aides/technicians, and of course physicians. I could not ask for better.
Everyone explained what was going to happen and what to expect. Anesthesiologist explained everything and listened to past experiences. In the procedure room, Dr. Krueger let me know what to expect and about the procedure. Afterwards staff was helpful and follow up with Dr Krueger before I was discharged was informative and great.
