Prompt, informative and attentive to details
The staff has exceptional personalities and bedside manner. I had Jennifer who was wonderful and everyone I interacted with was so upbeat and nice, including the ones I did not interact with but could hear them being so respectful to everyone.
All of my questions were answered promptly by caring staff. Dr Krueger is a though physician who thinks out of the box and addressed my issues head on. All my thanks to Dr Krueger and her team. Although I know only Fransisco by name, everyone else was helpful and responsive. ,
Francesca reviewed the test Dr. Krueger ordered. She helped me get online with my patient portal and was very thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She is to be commended as an excellent employee.
Great experience. Last minute appt accommodated to get something checked. Little wait and felt more comfortable that quickly my concern/issue was addressed.
Consultation with Dr. Krueger and she was very personable. She addressed my concerns and spent a lot of time with me.
Dr. Krueger was exceptional...very professional and efficient. She provided a thorough explanation of the procedure, her findings, and follow-up. She and her staff conducted the procedure with the highest standard of care and comfort.
Registration process was quick and very nice greeting first thing in the morning. RN welcomed me with a smile and introduced herself, throughly reviewed questions and procedures. The same with Anesthesiologist and Dr. Krueger. after procedure was completed Doctor provided me with results and information.
Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I am very appreciative of the care I received.
