I reported a leak in my utility closet July 15. A month and 4 phone calls later they have scheduled a contractor to come in. No accommodations for me and my children. We are just left here to breathe in mold. We are getting sick and getting rashes due to mold exposure. When I call to complain I’m given a nonchalant response and I’m just told something is being scheduled. I want to thank Ms Monica. She helped me get my utilities back on quickly. She even worked over the weekend to help with that issue and I’m very appreciative of that.
