We have a 2020 RDX and they have the worse service you can imagine and we had nothing but problems with that RDX with only 107000km. To top it off we decided to get rid of it and got offered more than Acura themselves!!!! Stay away from this dealership!!!!!
Took my car at Atlantic Acura on 30 Bedford Hwy NS, for a recall and first thing first i never received any receipt stating the work was completed. I had also asked to verify if my breaks or car was okay since it was making noise every time i was breaking. Waited 3hrs for the recall to be done and the advisor comes to me saying its done and hands me the keys. I had to ask him myself if the break was okay and the noise was fixed. I can't wait for my lease to end! So many issues with this vehicle and such poor customer service! Too bad it is the only dealership around here. Very dissatisfied with this place!! To think, I was going to add a second vehicle. This place is a joke!! April can not come fast enough!
