I was impressed with my service experience today. Our 2016 Acura RDX needed servicing and I was originally going to wait for 1 1/2 hours. Upon inspection, our car needed more work done, so I asked if there was a shuttle service. Indeed there was and I was impressed that they could take me home then bring me back from where I live. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Atlantic Acura a few times now and every experience has been great. The team there is super friendly, hardworking, and extremely accommodating. The service is always done well, on time, and fairly priced. Troy and Chris in particular have been so lovely to deal with. Sorry I have to give a star for coming today for my oil chage services. Usually I have a really good services at the desk with the 2 gentleman but today I don’t know why the services is act different than other different day that I came. Usually when the car is done or finished it. The 2 gentleman usually came to us say your car is done but today they sent me a text that I came to pick up and when I look at them.
