I was very interested in a '14 Viper available for sale. I explained to John Moore that I am very picky. Without hesitation, he answered all of my questions. I asked that he look the car over - the same as I would (I'm from out of state) and disclose any flaws. Samad was my sales rep. I bought from him at his previous car dealership. I was happy with the previous sale but needed a nicer and an little larger car this time for my business. I traded in my Lexus for a E class Mercedes. I was happy with Samad's service. He always answers his phone and when they didn't have the deal I wanted they worked until they could get me the one I needed. Let me rave a little bit about these guys. My wife's car was totalled recently and we were in a bit of a hurry to replace it. We drove to Atlanta (we live in the middle of no-where) prepared with a list of every car in the city that matched her criteria. Most of them were beat up, had been wrecked previously, had some other big problem and were all overpriced. A few were not quite as bad. This dealer was our last stop after looking at a ton of rubbish. They're good guys offering the squarest deal we could find in Atlanta
We came over looking for a GL 450 in stock that i had seen on line. Samad greeted us at the door and was our sales person. Since the begging he was really pleasant. Not pushy at all!!!!! Showed us the car, handled the keys and me and my husband went for a ride. All the time him and everybody else from the dealer was really nice. We did all the paper work and finance here. all went really well. We had a great experience.
Most of my dealing with Derick Peeler has been on the phone. I live out of state and what could have been a difficult process was made fairly simple. He always answered my several phone calls EVERY TIME! don't think I ever had to go to voicemail. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he sought it out and found the answer quickly. Very nice place, been here a few years back looking for a vehicle and I noticed a change for the better. John Moore helped me on a day they were quite busy. I thought his slogan was great... "I try to give clients Moore, never less" I looked at a few vehicles I was interested in & Mr. Moore was very helpful... couldnt do anything about an already sold vehicle but I will let him find one for me. Greg is the guy who helped us! We bought an older truck. Everything was smooth and easy. Came by two days later to get truck washed because I bought on a sunday, they had it washed in ten minutes. I read other reviews and only dealt with greg, maybe you should too! Would look here first for another used car or truck
