Horrible. Disorganized and Rude. The pickup men were lazy and didn't want to take a dresser because a knob was missing. Even after I explained I was moving tomorrow and had no way to call another organization at this late point to get it donated. They didn't care. Just didn't want to bother so they left it. They arrived at 7pm about 4 hours after they said they would be there and blamed traffic. The rudeness of Paul on the phone and Travis and Ron as drivers was just appalling.
