Horrible people. Worst customer experience ever. Don't bother shopping here.
I love supporting good causes, but don't love how unusually angry those who work and volunteer here seem to always be. Because of location, I used to go fairly often, donating and sometimes buying. I kept hoping it would improve. But, it hasn't. I donate to and buy from other great non-profits now, instead.
