I love these guys! great stuff and fun people! I actually furnished my bedroom form this shop everything was top quality and lovely!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I set up any donations with this company. They notified me after we had my mother's estate sale. My brother took a day off from his job and loaded the items for pick up on the carport. When the driver came, he literally picked the stuff that he wanted. Left everything he didn't! You have to send pictures of any furniture items before they schedule a pick up. One would think that if they didn't want what was in the pictures, they would notify me and I could get another company. I ... read more
I scheduled a pick up. Waited 7 hours. When they finally called their truck was full. Lousy customer service. I had a whole house full of clothes, furniture and household items and they didn't want it. I will no longer donate to them
We have donated so much over the years to Step Up. And, so, we decided to try them again this year when we were getting rid of some stuff in our house. They took some of the items but left 3 bags of perfectly good toys, a couch (that had been sitting in our garage for a few years so probably needed a good steam cleaning but other than that... was in great condition... we sent them photos of it!) and 4 BRAND NEW pillows we didn't need that came with a sectional we bought.
