Over the phone they took my Vin number for my two cars and information and agreed to give me $2000 for my trade-in and then when I got there they refused to give me $1000 for one of my cars because it was inoperable but I told them that on the phone before I got there. I still do business with them until the sales associate hung up on me because he was young and unprofessional.
