I bought a car from them on Dec 1. Besides being pushy a bit, the overall purchase experience was smooth. Amir the business manager was helpful in securing financing quickly and Derek was polite in helping us. But the car was really not inspected properly before delivery. When I am ready to take the vehicle out of the lot, I noticed that it was due for oil change and other service (really guys ??) and the second key fob was not working (again seriously). I was pre-approved and looking for this type of car. Another dealer already stopped replying regarding another car so I was hoping for this one. I exchanged a couple emails with Alex and he confirmed the car was there. I asked a question and he said he would talk to his manager after lunch, that was days ago. CG sent an email that the car is now sold. I guess Atlanta Luxury Motors doesn't need any more business. I'm glad that they have more then they can handle during these strange times. Go 2020!
