Very shady! I'm here to do business. I'm here to buy a car. Given the run around and lied to , even hung up on, because they want to make more money. Y'all can keep that car. How long does it take to get an answer from the manager? 2 weeks?

Alex tried his best, car arrived DIRTY and with a dead battery. The courier did not speak One word of English and did not want to delivery the car for the date was decided . A Ferrari dirty, with dead battery and engine light on ohhh forgot empty tank. Alex get a 4 for trying dealer no quality control , but who care...... I am just another client.....
Horrible used car lot. After they said on the phone I could have an extended test drive to check the car out, when I called to re-confirm the salesman said I could not have one. They are order takers and will not negotiate. They buy from auctions and resell to you at a substantial mark up and provide high-interest rate loans.
My experience with ALM went well. Everyone was timely, courteous and accommodating from salesman Alex P and managers Chris, Amir, and Marcus. My only critique is not receiving the advertised $500 gift card with purchase because "I was offered car slightly below advertised price" when ALM responded to my inquiry about the vehicle. I DEFINITELY appreciate the great deal I received and 30 days later still in love with my vehicle and will do repeat as well as recommend business with ALM.
In the features it states that there is a DVD system in this vehicle. There is NOT a DVD player in this vehicle.
4/24/2020 they advertised 2017 Maserati for $20,999 and when I called to inquire about the vehicle they told me that the price was not the advertised price but a much higher price....classic bait and switch.
