These guys where excellent but I could not put a jaguar extended warranty on this vehicle. This was the only reason I did not purchase.
Bait and switch dealer, these guys are why used car salesmen get a bad rap. They had a great deal available on a RAV4, I went to see it and it had a "sold" sign in the window. Salesman Lou told me that it had just sold and that they had only had that car available a couple of days. CarGurus showed that they had it for many months. Lou also told me that ALM had cash in hand for the RAV4 (but still had the vehicle?), but he wanted to show a few other cars to me. No thanks. Robert James was SPECTACULAR! He made this the absolute best car buying experience my husband or myself has ever had. He was very laid back, non-pushy. He let us take the lead but offered suggestions. I will recommend him to everyone I know who is in the car buying market. Robert was a pleasure to work with. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. And despite the fact that I DESPISE shopping for a new car, he made everything bearable and actually quite pleasant.
ALM is a class act. Their sales staff is the best I have ever experienced. Alex was very courteous salesman.
We put down $1000 dollars to hold a car, the day before we were to get the car they texted and said the car had major mechanical trouble and they could not sell it to us. The next day we called them and we were told by another salesperson it was sold. That weekend the same car showed up on Autotrader being sold by ALM. At the least they didn't properly check out the car but the reality is they probably lied to us, would never to business with this company.

I am giving ALM Roswell a very generous 2 stars. The two stars are for prompt response and communication from the initial salesman. Although he left 30 minutes before our appointment, he did send me a text informing me who I can talk to. That's the only good thing about my experience. Since I had planned in advance to leave work early and drive an hour and a half to see a 2013 Honda Ridgeline, you think they would have told me of the problems with the vehicle. The car I had come to see had sold the previous day which I couldn't determine until I reached the dealer. I gave a precise description of what I was looking for, but the salesman really wasn't listening and kept pushing other cars and models.

Communication was terrible. When messaging, there was indication who it was from. One sales person did not communicate with the next. Two days after declining car (car had special needs equipment which I did not need) I was still receiving messages re my interest.
