The call experience was fine, however the photos of the car do not match the description of the car I called about. Description says the car is maxed out with leather, technology package, etc. It has neither of those.
Good people I would have bought a truck from them if I had not found one local.
1 week and 8 calls later then they didn't want to work with me......we are a high volume dealer they said.

I purchased a car that I am happy with and the sales experience was good. But as soon as the sales transaction was completed, customer service took a nose dive. I didn't find out until AFTER the sale that there was only one key for the car (during the sales process the salesman said he would check for the second key later and when he did AFTER the sale he said there wasn't one).
