This dealer ignored my messages after the initial contact, so I took my business elsewhere. I bought the same kind of vehicle from another dealer and spent $2K more because they treated me with kindness and respect. Their loss!

Great experience, the salesman was high energy and extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience from beginning to the end was a pleasure. The next time I make a car purchase. I will contact ALM of Roswell first.
The experience here was seamless. My salesman Alan Smith answered all of my questions and I never got the shady salesman feel that you get from some used car dealerships. I do recommend ALM of Roswell and I can see myself purchasing future vehicles from this dealer.
Great follow up from the sales agent. Worked very hard in trying to locate the car that we wanted in the price range we could afford. I did not realize that all the ALM's were associated and unfortunately had already been in touch with another ALM store about a specific car that Roswell told me they could get.
Got in touch they said they would be right back in touch with me a week later they got back with me to tell me that the car that I was interested in was ready for me to come test drive then shortly after called me back to say the top didn't work there taking it to this to the auction so the car was not available

Dave,Sorry that the vehicle you were interested was not available. Since we care about the consumer, we do pull inadequate vehicles from the lot. However, we have many vehicles throughout our locations and we would be more than happy to help you find the right one for you.
Looked at the vehicle and it was dirty and in dire need of a good cleaning inside and out . Told the sales person we were not interested in the vehicle as shown . He showed us more vehicles on the lot but nothing really stood out and appealed to us . Did not purchase a vehicle from ALM . Sales people were friendly and helpful but most of their vehicles on the lot needed a good cleaning . Could really make a better effort for customer appeal .
The best car buying experience I've ever had. The car was impeccable shape. The price was was great. The finance portion was easy and was in and out in less then 2 hours from the time I walked in. Highly recommend!
