Emailed back and forth with the office manager, Nayely, a few times. She kept sending me this agreement but would never get back to me on pricing for the premium package add ons after I specified which options we were interested in on 6/4 and followed up on 6/12. I have since reach out to other lawn care companies due to poor communication and follow up.

Worst experience ever. We have in fact filed with the BBB about this company. They don’t show up and then charge you for showing up, they never actually do the work their contract says they’ll do, and even though they admit fault every time, they’ll still charge you as if they did the work. Their teams (a different one every time) show up for all of 3 minutes and claim to have weeded, cut the lawn, trimmed bushes, and edged and yet they do none of that and leave candy wrappers lying around your property.
Waited over one week for an appointment on our irrigation system. Five minutes prior to arrival they called to cancel. Very unprofessional and would not recommend using.
