Almost 9 years going treating my boys at this place. Dr Kirby and dr Stathan are great professionals
Great experience with Dr. Kirby. He also did her tubes today. He is amazing and I had all faith in him taking care of my baby girl in the OR!
First time took my baby for little surgery with Dr. Melissa everyone was very nice and very helpful.
I had a great experience from the beginning scheduling my appointment to my experience with Dr. Kirby. The staff was great and very helpful and sensitive to my needs, as far as getting me in sooner than my original appointment and Dr. Kirby was very patient, great listener, efficient and thorough.
Anyone that's having sinus issues, I highly recommend the Atlanta institute for ENT. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable.
The work they did was good but the billing department is horrible to work with. I paid off my balance in full after my tax return. Eight months later the bill started coming in again. I have called and talk to the billing department who were extremely rude. When I questioned it I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnected. After calling back several times and waiting I was disconnected before being able to talk with someone. The entire experience has been a nightmare working with them.
I have had very positive experiences at this office. I would recommend this office.
