When I called, I was told I could not email my insurance information to them or give them that information over the phone for them to check if my insurance is covered. Medical care professionals swear a Hippocratic oath to help patients. This is not helping people. From a business perspective, this is not even doing your job.

I have seen Dr. Andrews a few times and most of my experiences with him have been very positive. However, I saw him a few months ago about a growing lump just under my ear, local sharp shooting pain, throat pain, and ear fullness. Dr Andrews did not spend more than a few minutes examining me. He instead told me that this was a TMJ issue, that he did not treat it, and that I should see my dentist instead. I left believing that I had scheduled with the wrong provider. I had previously had a good experience but now I am still waiting on the doctor for my 315 appointment and it is almost 4pm. I will not be coming back here given the amount of time I have to wait for care.

Dr. Walker is a phenomenal surgeon. He genuinely cares about the well being of his patients and goes above and beyond throughout the process to ensure comprehensive care from intake, to surgery, to the final visits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any prospective patient needing a nasal surgery.
